Musculoskeletal Case Studies

All of the case studies in this portfolio discuss the anticipated examination of an imaginary client presenting a clear but limited case history.

The format of each case studies in this portfolio reflects work undertaken early in the module - where assesment routines were studied , and we were encouraged to produce a client assesment form in anticipation of clinical practice.

However the format for the case studies in this portfolio reflects as much the structure of the examination for which they were prepared. In each case the short case history is presented first , only to be followed by a discussion of the anatomy and pathology relevant to the case. The studies conclude by discussing the proceedures, issues and outcomes which a physiotherapist would anticipate in both a subjective and objective examination.
